How to setup XLink Kai on a Windows PC

This guide is for setting up XLink Kai which uses a P2P connection, for a server connection check out the Lan Play setup guide instead.

Prerequisites:

A computer running Windows.
An internet connection on said computer. (Preferably through Ethernet / Wired connection)
A Web Browser.
